Traumatic Stress Management

The research on post-incident traumatic stress, resilience and recovery, all point to the importance of early psychological support for the victims and witnesses of violent or threatening events. BSA facilitates access to a rapid-response Traumatic Stress Management team comprised of highly-trained and credentialed mental health professionals and crisis intervention specialists. This team can work independently and in concert with an organization’s Employee Assistance Provider (EAP) or Wellness Program to ensure the delivery of timely and effective post-incident support.

Post-incident Traumatic Stress Management response services are available only to those clients in contracted relationships.

Advisory: If you or your organization is faced with an imminent threat, please contact your local law enforcement agency immediately. This Website is not a source of legal or clinical advice in handling active threat situations.
